Warning: These Korean Wings Are So Easy & Addictively Delicious!
After last week’s cooking, this week has been a bit more chill. Here’s what I’ve made:
I recently tried this Korean Chicken Wings recipe from The Wicked Noodle, and wow, it was absolutely delicious! I'm already planning to remix the sauce to use with chicken thighs next time.
Then, I made this chili again from College Nutritionist, where I found her meal formulas to be super quick, healthy, and incredibly flexible, perfect for whatever's in my pantry. A pro tip: adding a liquid like stock, water, or broth can really elevate the dishes. I went rogue and added beer to the chili recipe, and the flavor was amazing. Pairing these meals with spaghetti squash, as she suggests in another post, is a super yummy and feels decadent without breaking the calorie bank.
On another note, I gave the Trader Joe’s salmon pinwheels with feta and spinach a shot based on the College Nutritionist's recommendation. To be honest, they didn’t hit the mark for me. I find baked salmon a bit on the bland side, and even with some Cajun seasoning, it didn’t wow me. I much prefer my fish with a bit more oomph, especially pan-fried in Asian styles like Thai, Indian, or Japanese.
That’s it! I’d love to hear your thoughts on these recipes and what you cooked this week.
